I had some very nice Klipsch subwoofers but I purchasing the dual PB 2000 pros. Now I’m in the major leagues! These subs are awesome! The SVS app is also very user-friendly.

The subwoofers are good. However I already have Klipsch R-12SWs and I compared both sets side by side with the similar settings (75 db on Marantz). Here are my observations: 1. Klipsch sounds louder and wider. Tried with 5 friends so far (without telling them which one is active) and all of them picked Klipsch. Could be a high gain on Klipsch (or low gain on SVS). SVS sounds deeper. 2. SVS can produce frequencies lower than 30 Hz (Klipsch booklet indicates minimum frequency 29 Hz so no surprise). 3. Both have useless rubber based grills and are damaged in both. 4. SVS has more power but how much that converts into SPL, I do not know. 5. People say Klipsch sound may get distorted at certain frequencies and produce more boomy sound. But upto my listening comfort - no issues because I do not like very heavy bass either. 6. Both are made in China. SVS is better for sure but I am undecided because of the cost difference (Klipsch - $149- $249 Vs. SVS...). Thank you. I will update after few days: if decides to return SVS or trash Klipsch.
