USUltra Bookshelf Surround System
A few months into the pandemic I decided to upgrade my home theater. My previous speakers were Energy brand with a pb 2000. After reading reviews and my past experience with svs products, I decided to go with the ultra bookshelf system. It has been a month since I fully installed my system. The star of the show is the center channel. I can keep the volume at a decent level and understand the dialogue without subtitles. The piano glass is beautiful too. Completely happy with my purchase.

I bought the Ultra set.. L/R Center, two SB 3000 and the ultra surrounds... I came from Klipsch RF7iiis and the RC64iii.. I honestly couldn’t be happier. I do love Klipsch, but I always found myself struggling with EQ and settings just so my ears didn’t hurt and ring after I watched movies or listened to music. I hear SO much detail with these Ultras , and they just sound like they cost way more then they do. I find myself listening to so much of my music like it was the first time I heard it! My ONLY complaint would be that i wish the center channel was a little bigger. I’m not used to lookin at such a tiny thing. I hope this helps someone decide if they are looking to buy this set.

I spent several weeks researching and testing out different speaker brands in various home theater/HiFi shops and I will say that these SVS Ultra speakers are a rare breed. They have an unexpectedly refined sound with clarity, precision, deep bass and very warm musicality. IMHO, they performed better than several top-brand floor standing speakers from Bowers & Wilkins, Focal, Klipsch, etc. and the best part is that they offer high quality at an unbeatable price. For both movies and music, you can really feel the instruments in your room. The entire surround system is very dynamic but I will say that the ultra bookshelves are completely capable and sound excellent even on their own in just Stereo mode. Match these speakers with a good quality receiver/amplifier and you can’t go wrong...I was very pleased and I highly recommend this product! Even the customer service was great and very prompt. I think these guys really do try to stand above and provide great products/service. Also, I paired the ultra surround system with the SB-3000 and the entire system is so amazing. My home theater room is small at 13’x9’ but this subwoofer is just what I needed! Deep and powerful but not overpowering or dull. It is particularly fast and crisp, which is optimal for music as well as movies. Well done SVS!

The bookshelf ultra system combined with the SB ultra sub equals an over abundance of laughter when you have friends over, they just can't believe what they are feeling and hearing!! Absolutely love my new system.
