Got two PB-1000 Pros, and the performance in my room is out of this world. True cinematic low frequency effects. Measurements are almost flat and perfect down to 17hz. The app is a key difference between other subwoofer brands, it really makes a difference. Truly happy with my purchase, would absolutely recommend it eyes closed.

I looked carefully at every sub near this price point and am 100% satisfied with the PB-1000 Pro. I have a 75" TV with a Martin Logan soundbar below it paired wirelessly with the PB-1000 Pro in a corner of my living room. Everything sounds significantly better with this sub vs the one I had previously (a tiny Marantz one that accompanied an earlier soundbar). Now, music and movies sound great of course but what was more surprising was 1) dialog and mid-bass sounds way better -- fuller and more articulate and 2) the sub energizes my room to the point that inaudible things like wind rustling or a distant train in a movie can be felt in the air in the room even if there's no noticeable bass. The experience is incredible and more immersive than in high-end movie theaters. The wireless pairing has been flawless and I love the iPhone app the controls everything without requiring me to move the sub around and pull out a flashlight to change settings. A+ The only thing I'd note is that the sub is huge. Pull out a tape measure the 3 dimensions to get a sense of its size before you pull the trigger. Mine is in a corner past the end of my couch so no one sees it, but if I had to put it next to the TV I'm not sure the size would work for me.

So I received my Sub SVS PB-1000 Pro on November 27, 2021 as a replacement for my Yamaha YST-SW90. The audiophile that I am can simply tell you that before compared to my main speakers I found that the Yamaha suited me and harmonized overall and I felt that I was listening to music well. Today with the SVS PB-1000 Pro I am simply on "NIRVANA" and I find myself listening to all my music, whether in CD or dematerialization (HiRES, DSD etc ...). This box gives me full satisfaction: Depth Presence and silence when necessary good hold and control in extreme bass Easy to integrate with my main speakers thanks to the control of the Sub with the SVS Subwoofer application which allows a precise cutoff of frequencies compared to your main speakers but also to have 3 different modes depending on your listening namely: music or cinema etc ... I will not give more praise because I can say more I think you just have to live the experience with this subwoofer. On the other hand, I hope it will last me as long as my Yamaha which has kept me company for over 20 years. So this is my first experience with SVS so I hope the product will keep its promises in terms of strength and durability. I purchased a PB 1000Pro to replace a 15 year old 12inch Klipsch Synergy that was a real performer "back in the day". 15 years makes a world of difference. Initially I thought it was a fluke because the bass didn't seem to be as loud but I realized I hadn't calibrated it and it wasn't "boomy" like the Klipsch. It was making bass that I could feel. Now that it is properly set up, WOW! The bass seems to seep up from the floor. Outstanding. a 2nd one would be overkill, but I'd like to try it out one day. Do it. Compared to what you have now you will almost certainly get more than you pay for.
