Room-energizing output and deep bass extension below the threshold of human hearing with less than half the floorspace required of comparable ported box subwoofers. An effortlessly powerful amplifier and driver combine with advanced DSP technology for a level of performance and user control not seen at this price before. The PC-4000 also comes standard with the SoundPath Subwoofer Isolation System for cleaner sounding bass with increased definition and more punch without room rattle and reduced bass bleed to the rest of the house.

USThe sub has a lot
The sub has a lot of depth but does not take up a lot of real estate. The sub is a beautiful. Sound is precise.
USPC 4000: Outstanding performance
Couldn't be happier with the PC 4000. The subwoofer was easy to integrate with my two channel setup, which features Tyler Acoustics Linbrook Floorstanding speakers. Between the recommendations for settings from the website, and the SVS app, getting the PC 4000 integrated was easy and straightforward. To me, the cylinder approach makes a lot of sense to achieve optimum performance while talking up lees space. Since the sub is being used for primarily music, employed the sealed option, which works very well in this application. It's hard to overstate just how much of an improvement adding the PC 4000 makes to the overall playback. Every aspect of musical playback is enhanced. The music just sounds more natural an life like with the sub added. Since the 3db down point for the Tyler's is 25hz, wasn't expecting this level of improvement. I was pleasantly shocked to hear the level of improvement provided by the PC 4000. Makes me wonder how I ever did without it.
USAdding 2 pc 4000 to my dual ultra 16's
I have very little space in the back of my second row of seats in my theater room to add another pair of PB ultra 16"s to my room so i opted for 2 Pc4000 subs in the rear corners of my room and boy i am glad i did. the sound is much more full of low end bass compared to just 2 subs up front that i am left speechless. shout out the the crew at SVS who helped me figure out a good calibration plan to get all 4 subs to work together.
USAuthoritative Bass!
I have the PC-4000 and PB-4000 in an open concept basement media room. I need the power of these two subs due to the large room size. They have not disappointed! But, more importantly I have been impressed with SVS and the customer service with setup and answering questions. Even if there is a better speaker out there (which there isn't for the price) I would stick with SVS because of their customer service alone! Thank you, SVS!
